GitLab’s Enablement & AI organization drives knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence for sales and customer success teams worldwide. The team partners across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Operations to turn priorities into scalable programs and practical content.

This role supports the Customer Experience team and reports to the VP of Enablement & AI, enabling growth through training, onboarding, and accredited content, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in software sales, customer success, or enablement.
• Ability to meet due dates and drive projects with stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships with field leaders and teams.
• Sales enablement or sales training experience, preferably in DevOps/Open Source.
• Knowledge of sales training tech and methodologies; enablement principles.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate content development and program design.
• Experience preparing and executing sales effectiveness strategies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Program manage enablement programs to equip internal teams with content, resources, tools, and training.
• Collaborate with field leadership to tailor content for specific teams/markets.
• Scope and build new enablement content focused on product knowledge and onboarding.
• Develop core sales training curricula customized for CX and internal teams.
• Align enablement activities with product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Leverage Salesforce, Cornerstone, Gong, and other tools for training delivery.
• Create CX training aids, materials, and assessments to improve field effectiveness.
• Measure the impact of enablement investments and report results.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning experiences using innovative delivery.
