Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Enablement Programs Manager to support the Customer Experience organization and report to the VP of Enablement & AI. The role focuses on building and leading enablement programs, creating content and training, and aligning with product launches to accelerate field productivity across global teams.

Collaborate with Sales, CX, Solutions Architecture, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Operations to tailor programs, leverage AI tools, and measure impact in a SaaS

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in software sales, customer success, or enablement.
• Ability to meet due dates and drive impact with stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships with field leaders and teams.
• Experience with sales training tech and enablement methodologies.
• Actively uses AI tools to accelerate content development and program design.

Responsibilities

• Program manage and lead enablement programs to equip sales and CX teams with content, resources, tools, and training.
• Collaborate with field leadership to tailor content for various teams/markets.
• Develop core sales training and enablement curriculum for CX, with SMEs.
• Align enablement activities with product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Measure the effectiveness of enablement investments and report outcomes.
