Job summary

Huntington Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships. You will proactively identify financial goals, recommend deposits and other banking services while processing transactions accurately and balancing daily.

You will educate customers on deposit products, promote cross-sell opportunities, and uphold policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more customer service experience.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to educate customers on deposit products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
