Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge.

You will help clients reach financial goals by recommending deposits and other banking services, processing transactions accurately, and balancing daily activity with exemplary service. You will educate customers on deposit products, proactively grow relationships, and refer clients to other bank areas to deepen partnerships while complying with policies and security

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or related role or military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Comfort with mobile and online banking technologies

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for walk-in customers.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other banking areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operating, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
