The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposits and other banking products, processing transactions, and balancing daily activity with exceptional service.

This office-based role emphasizes proactive relationship growth through disciplined sales and referrals, while adhering to all policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for some experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a structured sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
