Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Customer Experience Associate I to schedule appointments and provide accurate estimates for collision repair while upholding SOPs. This fully remote role requires a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet.

In a high-volume call center environment, you will handle inbound and outbound communications, assist with rental car reservations and tow scheduling, and maintain data integrity and confidentiality across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable modem and high-speed internet.
• Ability to navigate across multiple systems, including CRM.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer appointments for collision repair and estimates.
• Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications.
• Assist customers with rental car reservations and tow scheduling.
