Ladder is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to act as an ambassador for customers and the Ladder brand. You will deliver empathetic support, respond to inquiries via email and phone, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey.

The role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing position, a startup mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and excellent communication. Work hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm in Central or Mountain time, and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical industry.
• Experience providing support via email and/or phone according to shift schedule.
• Startup mentality with ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Strong emotional intelligence and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Proven ability to own customer issues from start to finish and understand customer needs.
• Willingness to accept feedback and pursue self-improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences that educate consumers about life insurance and Ladder.
• Provide omnichannel service (email and phone) with timely, accurate responses.
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders to improve the journey.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and partners to assist customers with application requirements.
• Proactively seek and take action to improve impact of Customer Experience
