Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Experience providing support via email and/or phone
• Strong emotional intelligence and passion for exceptional customer experience
• Proven ability to own customer issues from start to finish

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences educating consumers on Ladder and life insurance
• Provide omnichannel service (email and phone) promptly and accurately
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Underwriting and other partners to assist customers with application requirements
• Proactively seek and take action to improve the customer experience
