Ladder, a remotely based company, is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to act as an ambassador for Ladder and its customers. You will provide empathetic support and help improve the customer journey across channels during Central or Mountain time hours.

This role emphasizes owning customer issues from start to finish with a focus on timely, accurate responses and a startup mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical industry.
• Experience providing support via email and/or phone based on shift schedule.
• Demonstrates ability to own issues and resolve them end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences educating on life insurance and Ladder.
• Provide omnichannel support (email and phone) and respond promptly.
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and other partners to assist customers.
• Proactively seek ways to improve the customer journey.
