Job summary

Ladder is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to serve as the ambassador for Ladder and its customers. You will provide empathetic support while representing customers to internal teams, with hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in Central or Mountain time, and must be located in one of these zones.

OPT/H1-B visa sponsorship is not available. You will educate customers about life insurance, respond to inquiries via email and phone, and collaborate with underwriting to facilitate applications,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical industry.
• Experience providing support via email and/or phone per shift schedule.
• Startup mindset with ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Strong emotional intelligence and dedication to customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver high-quality customer experiences educating on Ladder and life insurance.
• Provide omnichannel service (email and phone) to respond to inquiries promptly.
• Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve journeys.
• Collaborate with Underwriting to assist customers in meeting application requirements.
• Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish and drive improvements.
