Ladder is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to be an ambassador for Ladder and provide empathetic support to customers. The role requires working 8:00 am–5:00 pm in Central or Mountain time zones and being located within those zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical industry.
• Experience providing support via email and phone per shift schedule.
• Startup mentality with adaptability to change.
• Deep emotional intelligence and passion for customer experience.
• Proven ability to own issues from start to finish and understand customer needs.
• Able to accept feedback and pursue self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences educating consumers on life insurance and Ladder.
• Provide omnichannel service (email and phone) responding to inquiries promptly.
• Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and other teams to assist customers in meeting application requirements.
• Proactively seek and take action to improve customer impact.
