Job summary

McGraw Hill Higher Education is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join the remote Customer Success team. You will guide college faculty and administrators to maximize the value of our digital solutions, coordinating with Sales to grow pipelines and adoption.

This hybrid, home-based role requires presence on campus 2–3 days weekly during the academic year, and up to 50% travel. Reside in San Antonio or Austin, TX. Salary range $66,700–$78,000 with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1–2 years in customer success or a similar software-implementation role.
• Experience in educational administration, education tech, or curriculum design is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for training customers.
• Ability to succeed in a remote/hybrid setting with 2–3 days on campus per week.
• Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of McGraw Hill Higher Education products and LMS integrations to support customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to assess needs, plan implementations, and drive onboarding and adoption.
• Manage relationships and projects using Salesforce and Gainsight to track progress and outcomes.
• Lead virtual training sessions and provide ongoing implementation guidance to customers.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure customers achieve desired outcomes with our solutions.
• Capture customer feedback and contribute to product and service improvements.
