You will conduct compliance reviews of customer complaints, assemble case histories, and prepare clear summaries for the compliance or subpoena teams. The role requires 2+ years in compliance or investigative support, proficiency with Salesforce and QuickBase, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, customer dispute resolution, or legal/investigative support.
• Ability to synthesize findings into clear narratives.
• Experience researching across multiple systems and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Conduct compliance reviews of customer complaints and analyze account history, case notes, and transactions.
• Review and interpret matters escalated to compliance or legal staff.
• Prepare concise summaries for handoff to subpoena or compliance teams.
• Maintain meticulous case records and document production status.
• Collaborate with paralegals, attorneys, and cross-functional teams.
• Support subpoena team by locating and extracting documents across internal platforms.
• Protect confidentiality according to company policy.
