The role involves preparing announcements, maintaining templates, and tracking messaging effectiveness to support resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong general Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficient Writing skills for customer-facing content, notices, and service updates.
• Experience in internal communications to support alignment between property management, maintenance teams, and leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple communication tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communications with residents, property owners, and internal teams via email, phone, and notices.
• Draft and refine customer-facing messages, including property updates, policy changes, and service announcements.
• Prepare press-style releases or formal announcements for key initiatives.
• Maintain communication templates and coordinate internal messaging with operations staff.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Track communication effectiveness and collect feedback to improve messaging.
• Support broader strategic communication efforts across the organization.
