CLEAResult is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to develop internal and external communications, from intranet updates to company-wide emails and public relations materials. You’ll partner with teams to maintain voice and culture, manage calendars, and support analytics-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes tactical execution, calendar management, intranet updates, and collaboration across departments, with a remote US work setup and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in communications or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with AP style writing.

Responsibilities

• Create internal and external communication assets across corporate collateral, PR, CSR and thought leadership.
• Manage internal communications calendar and coordinate across departments.
• Update intranet content and streamline intake and project management processes.
• Draft and distribute internal comms, newsletters and company-wide emails.
• Manage Glassdoor presence, including responding to reviews and maintaining activity.
• Incorporate analytics and suggest improvements to communications programs and tools.
