Job summary

eXp Realty is hiring a Communications Manager for a 90-day contract, remote anywhere in the United States. You will drive email campaigns, lifecycle messaging, and marquee event communications in collaboration with Marketing, Creative, and Events to keep audiences informed and engaged.

You will own end-to-end execution, build workflows in HubSpot, and optimize messaging for agents and staff. A strong writer with project management chops will thrive in our fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in communications or related fields.
• Proven track record managing communications projects with minimal oversight.
• Experience supporting large conferences or events is preferred.
• Background in real estate/franchise or agency environments is a plus.
• Interest in entrepreneurial and agent-focused audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and execute communications across email, web, and events.
• Maintain brand alignment and messaging across segments.
• Lead end-to-end programs from brief to execution with stakeholders.
• Execute segmented email campaigns and nurture journeys in HubSpot.
• Own attendee communications for marquee events like eXpcon.
