Modivcare is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative based in Maine to serve as the first point of contact for members, handling transportation coordination, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive experience that supports better health outcomes.

Role requires a high level of customer service, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and typing at least 35 words per minute. Evening and overnight shifts are available, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume and data entry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to accurately type at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
• Obtain and document details of customer complaints and concerns.
• Attend required meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
