Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, support, order management, or sales support.
• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• HDI-CSR or CCSS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and client inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process orders via email, web entry, and phone with confirmations.
• Route shipments considering commodity, temperature, and transit time.
• Communicate with internal/external customers and update shipment status.
• Escalate issues as needed and contribute to process improvements.
