TTEC is offering a Remote Customer Service Representative position in the United States. As part of the Remote CX team, you’ll handle escalated customer inquiries with empathy, provide product guidance, and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional experience.

Requirements include 6 months of customer services experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable high-speed internet (>25 Mbps) with a wired connection, a quiet workspace, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer services experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
• High speed internet connection (>25 Mbps). A wired connection to your home router is required.
• A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise
