Jerry.ai is building the first app to help people manage car and home assets. The work is fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented, and fully remote with opportunities to shape the customer experience as products evolve.
As a member of the Customer Operations team, you will take care of customers, solve problems, and process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents. Hourly wage of $19.00 - 21.00 plus equity.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Taking great care of our customers.
- Problem solving to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
