Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a Customer Care Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence in a remote setup.

You will resolve inquiries using web-based tools to ensure a seamless customer experience in a high-velocity environment, with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/video/call/email/chat/social media to resolve questions or concerns.
• Answer product and software-related questions.
• Provide and utilize articles to assist customers with tax questions and calculations.
• Apply defined practices and policies to troubleshoot issues with product/software.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate issues.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues and upsell if required.
