Job summary

Dayton Roger's is seeking a Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will answer incoming calls, provide information about services, and help with scheduling appointments in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with experience in customer service and CRM software. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and a background check are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
