Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Customer Service Representative to support our clients remotely. You'll handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with branches to ensure top-tier service over the phone and email.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of clerical or customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Word and Excel. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Ability to type 25 wpm.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Private home office/workspace suitable for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Processes orders and prepares general correspondence.
• Coordinates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues.
• Handles pricing and scheduling inquiries from customers.
• Handles calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
• Initiates outbound customer service calls for campaigns.
• Provides tech line support when needed.
