Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Distribution/warehousing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
• Input orders and drop shipments through the system.
• Identify backorders and assist with fulfilment.
• Provide order confirmations and tracking details to customers.
• Input licence information for customers seeking restricted items.
• Complete sales return orders within 48 hours.
