GrowthLoop is seeking a Customer Architect for the Customer Solutions Group to guide marketing analytics and experimentation for enterprise customers. You’ll own onboarding, data modeling across BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, and Databricks, and drive AI-enabled workflows that accelerate value from the GrowthLoop platform.

You’ll partner with marketing teams, set up analytics and attribution, translate technical work into business impact for executives, and help teams scale through automation

Qualificações

• 3+ years in marketing analytics or related field.
• Strong SQL and data warehouses experience.
• Experience with LLMs for summaries, classifications, or agent workflows.
• Ability to present to executives and translate technical work into business impact.
• Familiarity with CDPs and activation tooling and ad platforms.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for enterprise customers, including data modeling and integration using cloud data warehouses.
• Partner with customers on marketing analytics and AI enablement to derive actionable insights.
• Serve as technical account manager post go-live and drive value demonstrations to executives.
• Develop AI-powered automations and internal tools to improve team efficiency and playbooks.
