Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager to build strong connections with customers and communities shaping the construction industry. You will lead programs that connect engagement, advocacy, reputation, and social proof while turning customer experiences into credible stories and testimonials.

This hands-on role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and requires collaboration across Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, communications, community, customer advocacy, or related discipline.
• Experience building or operating programs in two areas such as community engagement, customer advocacy, review and reputation management, customer marketing, or public-facing brand communications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills and strong judgment when representing a company publicly.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across teams and turn those relationships into repeatable programs.
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Build a repeatable approach to identify and engage with the communities and conversations that matter to customers and prospects.
• Develop a healthy pipeline of customer advocates who can participate in reviews, testimonials, references, customer stories, research, events, and related programs.
• Strengthen Dodge’s reputation and social proof across relevant third-party platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Create a useful feedback loop that turns community, review, and customer signals into insights for teams across the company.
• Work across Brand, Events, Product Marketing, Economics and Research, Sales, and Customer Experience to keep opportunities moving.
