Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager (Remote) to lead client advocacy programs and case-study development across Sales, Delivery and Marketing. You will build a scalable reference program, recruit advocates for speaking engagements, and ensure client stories are leveraged across channels while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Proven experience in B2B customer marketing/advocacy/reference management.
• Experience with enterprise services, SaaS or tech environments.
• Track record building and managing client case studies and references.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new logo wins and key project milestones with Sales and AM teams.
• Develop and publish high-quality client case studies and stories.
• Develop and manage structured customer advocacy programmes.
• Collaborate across Commercial teams to surface client stories responsibly.
• Coordinate with PR/Marketing for awards and industry recognitions.
