• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new logo wins and project milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate announcements, news releases, and communications with PR.
• Develop written, video and presentation-ready client stories.
• Maintain a pipeline of publishable content and references.
• Build and manage customer advocacy programs and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to surface client stories.
