• Fluent English required.
• Proven experience in B2B Customer Marketing, Advocacy or Reference Management.
• Experience in enterprise services, SaaS or technology environments.
• Track record building and managing client case studies and references.
• Experience working with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and approvals navigation.
• Excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and Activate New Logo and Project Wins with Sales and Account Managers.
• Build high-impact case studies and client stories across services and product engagements.
• Develop and manage structured customer advocacy programmes and reference pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Teams to balance commercial goals with client relationships.
• Support awards and industry recognition through coordinated submissions and storytelling.
