Job summary

Dreamscape Learn is seeking a Curriculum & Learning Design Associate for a ~3‑month W‑2 assignment to support development, production, QA, and delivery of curricular materials. The role emphasizes instructional design, accessibility, and cross‑LMS work with Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, Schoology, and Google Classroom.

The team aims for precise formatting, rigorous proofreading, and proactive collaboration with designers, SMEs, and product groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience developing, editing, formatting instructional materials.
• Experience with one or more LMS platforms (Canvas, D2L, Blackboard, Schoology, Google Classroom).
• Strong writing, editing, and formatting with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards or willingness to learn.
• Strong organization and asset management across projects.
• Comfort learning new technologies in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Format and prepare instructional materials for publication per templates and branding.
• Copyedit and proofread materials for grammar, clarity and usability.
• Support instructional designers in creating and revising curriculum resources.
• Conduct QA reviews of curriculum materials and LMS courses for WCAG compliance.
• Build, format, update, and migrate courses across LMS platforms.
• Maintain organized curriculum files and track version updates.
• Collaborate with designers, SMEs, and product teams through development and release.
• Apply feedback consistently across materials.
