Centene is seeking a Curriculum Designer to design, implement, and maintain training resources for customer service and clinical support. The role focuses on e-learning development using Articulate Storyline and other tools, with a remote nationwide work setup.

The candidate will create and maintain curricula, assess impact, and collaborate with teams to ensure content aligns with regulatory and quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of design experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience designing curriculum in adult learning settings.

Responsabilidades

• Design instructional materials that support learning and performance for the Quality department.
• Outline and deliver timely training project plans.
• Maintain training resources and support sites.
• Develop instruments to assess changes in knowledge, skills, and quality results.
• Conduct reviews of training program objectives and modify content as needed.
• Facilitate training to support operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
