Job summary

Swingtech is seeking an eLearning Developer to create engaging online learning experiences. This remote role locally focuses on the DC, MD, VA area with potential travel to Baltimore, MD.

You will design, develop, and publish eLearning content across LMS platforms, ensuring SCORM compliance and accessibility, and collaborating with instructors and QA teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in eLearning development, strong Storyline skills, multimedia design capabilities, and familiarity with AI

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with the training team to translate content into interactive eLearning modules.
• Create multimedia elements: graphics, narrations, animations, videos, simulations, and interactive quizzes.
