Job summary

The ACI Group, Inc. is seeking a Computer Based Training (CBT) Specialist for a remote, contract-to-hire role supporting federal healthcare programs.

You will design, develop, deliver, and maintain CBT/eLearning content, assess training needs, and ensure Section 508 compliance while leveraging Articulate 360/Storyline 360. Responsibilities include creating interactive modules, collaborating with SMEs, applying ADDIE and Bloom’s taxonomy, and delivering LMS-enabled training with measurable

Qualifications

Requires minimum four years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or a Master's with at least two years' experience.
Proficiency in Articulate authoring tools, especially Storyline 360.
Experience creating Section 508 compliant materials.
Familiarity with ADDIE models and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex information.

Responsibilities

Create and adapt learning content for diverse audiences across eLearning formats.
Develop modules using Articulate 360, primarily Storyline 360 with interactive simulations.
Incorporate accessibility (Section 508) in modules, including captions and alt text.
Coordinate with SMEs to gather information and develop content.
Design engaging presentations, infographics, and branded templates.
Build knowledge checks and activities and conduct peer reviews.
