Job summary

Centene is seeking a Curriculum Designer to design, implement and maintain training resources for the Quality department. This fully remote role supports customer service and operational systems with e-learning development using Articulate Storyline and other tools.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field, 2+ years in curriculum design, and familiarity with adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of curriculum design or training development experience.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience designing curriculum in adult learning settings.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design instructional materials that support learning and performance within functional teams for the Quality department.
• Outline and deliver timely training project plans.
• Maintain training resources and support sites.
• Develop instruments to assess changes in knowledge, skills, and quality results.
• Review training program objectives assessing the need for content/modifications.
• Facilitate training to support operational goals.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
