Academy of Art University is seeking a Curriculum Systems Specialist for a fully remote role. You will assist with curriculum changes across databases, manage class schedules, and update faculty assignments while ensuring data integrity.

The role requires strong experience with education technology, LMS expertise, and meticulous attention to detail. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm PST, with full-time benefits and tuition-free undergraduate course per semester.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education is preferred, with proven experience with education technology.
• Significant experience merging large reports.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale data integrity.
• Deep expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• High attention to detail and structured problem solving.
• Ability to conduct detailed testing, error analysis, and quality-assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Enter curriculum changes into databases and update course details (fees, prerequisites, caps, titles, descriptions).
• Maintain class schedules: cancel/adds, cross-listing, updates.
• Update faculty assignments to schedules, website, and regulatory docs.
• Process syllabi and course outlines in LMS.
• Respond to SIS and Curriculum issues and forward to appropriate office.
