Job summary

Academy of Art University is seeking a remote data administrator to ensure accuracy of large educational data and workflows, supporting curriculum changes, class schedules, and faculty assignments.

You will process syllabi in the LMS, pull data sets, run macros, and prepare reports. The role offers full-time remote work, Monday–Friday, with standard benefits.

Experience with PeopleSoft, Excel, and LMS is preferred, and the university emphasizes data quality and excellent service.
