Job summary

Placements24 client is seeking an Online Curriculum Developer with a background in education to craft engaging digital learning materials. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere while designing courses across various subjects.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, ensure accessibility, and create multimedia content such as videos, quizzes, and simulations, while managing multiple projects remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in developing online learning content and curricula.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive online course content, including modules, assessments, and learning activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate their knowledge into engaging digital learning experiences.
• Ensure all developed curriculum adheres to instructional design principles and accessibility standards.
• Create multimedia elements such as videos, quizzes, and interactive simulations.
• Review and revise existing online courses to improve their effectiveness and user engagement.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum development initiatives.
