Job summary

Academy of Art University is seeking a Curriculum Systems Specialist who excels in data analysis and has a passion for statistics. The role ensures data integrity across curriculum data and workflows, working closely with the Curriculum Manager in a fully remote, Monday–Friday schedule (PST).

The ideal candidate has significant experience with LMS, PeopleSoft, and large-scale data management. Responsibilities include updating curricula, scheduling, faculty assignments, and generating reports;

Qualifications

• Growth mindset with willingness to tackle challenges and learn new skills.
• Experience in higher education is preferred, with proven experience with education technology.
• Significant experience merging large reports and ensuring data integrity.
• Deep expertise with Learning Management Systems.
• High attention to detail and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Enter curriculum changes into databases and processing curriculum changes including new courses, fees, prerequisites, class caps, titles, and descriptions.
• Maintain class schedules: cancel, add, cross-list, update schedules.
• Manage faculty assignments to schedules, websites, and regulatory documents.
• Process syllabi and course outlines in LMS.
• Respond to Student Information Systems and Curriculum issues.
• Enter department Program Learning Outcomes.
• Pull daily data sets, run macros, format, and post reports.
• Assist in catalog reviews and catalog addendums for publication.
