Job summary
Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled Unified Communications engineer to design, deploy, and support Webex Calling solutions for enterprise clients. You will manage CUCM, CUBE, and voice gateway technologies, configure dial plans, and resolve complex call routing issues while coordinating cross-functional teams during high‑impact outages.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in Unified Communications, VoIP, or cloud calling, with hands-on Webex Calling and Cisco UCMC.
- Strong knowledge of CUCM, CUBE, and voice gateway tech; troubleshoot complex call routing.
- Experience with cloud provisioning, onboarding, and SSO integration at enterprise scale.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; coordinate teams under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Webex Calling solutions including DI/MT/OT offerings and UCMC.
- Manage CUCM, CUBE, and voice gateway technologies, dial plan config, IP phone setup, and call routing troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams during outages and incidents to drive fast resolution.
- Integrate UC platforms with directory services and SSO for secure user provisioning.
- Support capacity planning, device lifecycle, and vulnerability management in UC environments.
