DaVita Clinical Research is seeking an entry-to-intermediate Operations Analyst I to support CTMS workflows, protocol and budget builds, and study management from any location in the United States.

Under supervision, you will maintain data integrity, resolve routine discrepancies, and generate operational reports for study teams, investigators, and site personnel to ensure smooth trial operations.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in science, statistics or related field required including Biostatistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science.

Aufgaben

• Configure and maintain CTMS study builds translating protocols into system configurations.
• Execute routine month-end CTMS operational activities including subject visit approvals and milestone tracking.
• Administer participant stipend card operations with validation and tracking.
• Provide frontline end-user support, manage user access requests, and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
