Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with clinical trial management systems and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with budgeting and billing analyses for research studies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with protocol coverage analyses within the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS).
• Support Medicare Coverage Analyses (MCAs) with team members.
• Review vendor MCAs and ensure alignment with standards; manage requests timely.
• Intake and Research Compliance Assessments for new studies.
• Assist with research billing compliance reviews; ensure documentation completeness.
• Coordinate with study teams and departments to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
