Job summary

Meteor Education is seeking an ATC Customer Success Technician to join the ProTech Crew. This role focuses on remote Texas-based support, installation, validation, and calibration of STEM equipment in classrooms, paired with instructor training to ensure effective use.

The ideal candidate blends hands-on robotics and pneumatics experience with strong communication and customer-facing skills, and is ready to travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• Technical certifications in automation, robotics, mechatronics, PLCs, or related fields are highly valued.
• Strong customer-facing skills with ability to communicate clearly and build rapport.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, manuals, and installation guides.
• Willingness to travel regionally/nationally and maintain professional presence in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, validate, and calibrate CTE/STEM equipment and ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Provide instructors with orientation on new equipment and integrate technology into teaching.
• Deliver professional, front-line customer service and troubleshoot issues to resolve quickly.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and communicate service options to maximize schools' investments.
• Maintain documentation and ensure readiness of classrooms/labs for instruction.
