Job summary

Meteor Education is seeking an ATC Customer Success Technician to join the ProTech Crew in Texas. You will install and validate CTE/STEM equipment, train instructors, and deliver frontline service to ensure ready-to-learn classrooms.

The role blends hands-on technical work with customer-facing support, requiring strong communication and the ability to travel within the state. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications in automation/robotics/PLCs preferred.
• Strong customer-facing skills with clear communication to instructors and staff.
• Technical aptitude across mechanical, electrical, and computer-based systems.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and installation guides.
• Willingness to travel within Texas and regionally/nationally.

Responsibilities

• Technical installation, validation, and calibration of CTE/STEM equipment.
• Provide instructor orientation on equipment use and safety.
• Deliver proactive service, troubleshoot issues, and communicate upgrade options to customers.
