Job summary

Meteor Education is seeking an ATC Customer Success Technician to join the ProTech Crew. The role blends on-site technical installation with customer-facing service in Texas, supporting CTE and STEM environments and ensuring equipment is installed, calibrated, and ready for classroom use.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on robotics/mechatronics skills with clear communication to train instructors, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety standards while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical certifications preferred.
• Technical certifications in automation, robotics, mechatronics, PLCs, or related fields.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and validate CTE/STEM equipment (robotics, pneumatics, PLCs).
• Provide instructors with orientation on new equipment and safe operation.
• Deliver professional, proactive service and communicate upgrade options to maximize value.
• Document installation and testing; uphold safety and compliance standards.
