The role emphasizes fast, confident call control, proactive scheduling, and accurate CRM documentation, with a focus on reducing cancellations and maximizing visit value.

Qualifications

• Near-native English fluency with American/neutral accent.
• Clear, warm, professional phone presence.
• Experience in US home services (electrician / HVAC / plumbing / etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to book appointments and handle objections.
• Excellent written English (notes, texts, follow-ups).
• Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure.
• Tech skills: CRM notes, scheduling, basic spreadsheets, task tracking.

Responsabilités

• Answer leads within 60 seconds and qualify requests quickly.
• Schedule on-site electrician visits and confirm contact details.
• Handle inbound calls, texts, and follow-ups professionally; build trust.
• Dispatch and coordinate jobs efficiently; minimize gaps and cancellations.
• Update job notes and track lead sources, statuses, and next steps.
• Document everything clearly in the CRM.
