Job summary

HireBus Inc. is seeking a fast, tech-savvy coordinator to manage inbound leads and book on-site electrician visits from Tucson, AZ.

You will quickly qualify requests, schedule appointments, and maintain clear notes in our CRM. Remote work is available, with a strong emphasis on near-native English, calm under pressure, and reliable communication.

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar tools helps you succeed in dispatch, follow-ups, and reducing cancellations.

Qualifications

• Near-native English with American/neutral accent.
• Strong phone presence: clear, warm, professional.
• US home services experience preferred (electrician/HVAC/plumbing).
• Proven ability to book appointments and handle objections.
• Excellent written English for notes and follow-ups.
• Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure.
• Tech skills: CRM notes, scheduling, basic spreadsheets, task tracking.

Responsibilities

• Speed-to-lead & booking: call new leads within 60 seconds, qualify, schedule on-site appointment.
• Customer service & communication: handle inbound calls, texts, follow-ups; build trust.
• Dispatching & coordination: schedule/dispatch, minimize gaps, send reminders, document.
• Systems / Admin: update CRM notes, track lead source, use ServiceTitan or similar.
