Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls or online inquiries, as the initial point of contact.
• Using a company-prepared script, answer customer questions and guide to best service-solution.
• Provide calm and empathetic service to customers.
• Conduct follow-up calls to check in on past customers.
• Enter detailed notes into the system and support the field team.
