Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a dispatch coordinator to receive calls, discuss customer needs, and dispatch service technicians across our North American network. The role emphasizes clear communication, real-time data entry, and coordination with customers to schedule service work and follow up on outcomes.

The position is in-office Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with overtime as needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Some work experience in a dispatching role preferred.
• Ability to speak on the telephone or two-way radio using English.
• Ability to type 45 words per minute.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as warranty and billing requirements.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, discuss customer needs, and dispatch service technicians.
• Capture data in real time for service calls and communicate to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers on schedules and follow up information.
• Dispatch technicians based on call type, priority, and geography.
• Coordinate daily service calls with the Service Manager.
