TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling is seeking an in-office Dispatch Coordinator in Roswell, GA. You will schedule and dispatch qualified technicians, prioritize service requests, and maintain clear communication with customers and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize customer service requests for home services.
• Schedule and dispatch qualified technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency.
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions.
• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their management.
• Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts; train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Partner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded dispatch approach.

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is an in-office position in Roswell, not a remote position. Typical hours in this role range from 9AM to 6PM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the home services industry
• 2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience!
• Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations
