What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Speed-to-Lead & Booking (Primary)
- Call new leads within 60 seconds of receiving the lead
- Qualify the request quickly (what’s happening, urgency, location, access, etc.)
- Schedule an appointment for an electrician to come on-site
- Confirm contact details and ensure the customer knows what to expect
Customer Service & Communication
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and follow-ups professionally
- Calm anxious customers, ask smart questions, and build trust fast
- Speak confidently about common electrical work (without “over-explaining”)
Dispatching & Coordination
- Schedule and dispatch jobs efficiently (minimize gaps, route smart, keep the day tight)
- Confirm appointments, send reminders, reduce cancellations/no-shows
- Document everything clearly in the system
Systems / Admin
- Update job notes, tags, customer info, and outcomes in our CRM
- Track lead source, booking status, and next steps
- ServiceTitan experience is a major advantage (or similar CRM/dispatch software)

Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $18,000–$24,000/year
